These terms apply to your use of cleaningideals.com and to estimates and cleaning services provided by Cleaning Ideals LLC ("Cleaning Ideals", "we"). By using the website or booking a cleaning, you agree to them.

Estimates and prices

• Estimates are free and without obligation.
• Prices shown on the website are starting prices. The price for your cleaning depends on the size of your home, the type of cleaning and any special requirements, and we confirm it with you before the cleaning.
• Special offers (such as a first-cleaning price) apply as described in the offer, are for new customers unless the offer says otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and may change or end at any time. A price already confirmed for your booking will be honored.

Booking and scheduling

Sending the form on our website is a request, not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when we agree on a date, time and price with you. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.

Access and your home

• Please make sure we can get in at the agreed time, and tell us about alarms, pets or anything fragile.
• Please put away cash, jewelry and other valuables, and tell us about any surfaces or items that need special care.
• Our team brings its own cleaning supplies and equipment.

Satisfaction

If you are not happy with any part of a cleaning, let us know within 24 hours and we will come back to re-clean that area at no additional charge.

Calls and text messages

By sending our form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you entered about your request and booking. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Using the website

• Please give accurate information in our forms and don't submit requests on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• The website's text, photos and design belong to Cleaning Ideals LLC and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• We try to keep the website accurate, but it may contain errors and is provided "as is". Prices and availability can change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Illinois consumer protection law.
